REFUND & RETURN POLICY

To ensure that shopping with GigaWatts provides you with a seamless experience, we have designed a straightforward return process. We’ve designed our return policy to prioritize your satisfaction, making your shopping experience with us relaxed and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 7 days for a complete refund or exchange.

Our commitment is to meet and exceed your expectations by offering premium-quality products. Recognizing that occasional issues may arise, we encourage you to contact our customer service if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase. Simply send us an email with your order ID within seven days of delivery, indicating “Refund Request” in the subject line. Alternatively, you can submit a written refund request by mail to our contact address, as mentioned on the website.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased products must remain in their original unused condition, unopened, with the original packaging, seal, or shrink-wrap intact and labels still attached, unless there is a manufacturing defect. This standard ensures that our products are maintained at the highest quality for our customers. Our 100% money-back return policy reflects our commitment to safeguarding our valued customers. If however, we find that the products have been tampered with and are found to not be in their original condition, we may exact a compensation from the refund amount. 

Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate product returns, we’ve established a 7-day return policy, granting customers the exclusive right to return purchased products for a refund or exchange within this timeframe.

Please note that customers bear the responsibility for shipping costs for the returns. Refunds will be processed for the full product price, excluding the original delivery charges and the cost of returning the products to us.

Return Time: Within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Time: Within 10-12 business days of the product’s receipt at our warehouse.

Refund Payment Mode: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source.

Please note that we do not issue a refund until the product is received back in its unused condition. Additionally, a restocking fee may be applicable, deducted from the refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling fee paid by customers for the order. Only the product cost will be refunded.
